Download the assorted patches you need and install them (note the EVE ones on Nexus are out of date, I will link to them for you in a second - also, the PB one you want is with the MMM ones I believe). Install your major mods (FWE, MMM, EVE, PB, & WMK). In regards to FOIP and the series of mods, I would recommend this. All it should do is get the mods into the best possible LO for you, add some tags to the mods that Flash can use when making the bashed patch, and tell you little notes about the files too (like required files and such). BOSS should not mess anything up, never has for me.
